Privacy Policy
Effective Date: November 20, 2025
Your privacy is our utmost priority. Enrich Pro is built on the principle of minimal data collection. Once purchased and installed, the application is designed to function locally on your machine and does not collect, transmit, or store personal user data on an ongoing basis.
This policy explains the very limited circumstances under which data may be accessed or shared.
1. Zero Data Collection Policy
The core functionality of the Enrich Pro application operates entirely locally on your device. We fundamentally do not collect, transmit, or store any data generated by your use of the application, including:
- Scraped Data: We never receive, store, or access the email addresses, URLs, or any resulting data generated by your scraping activity. This data remains solely on your local machine.
- Usage Metrics: We do not track features used, duration of sessions, launch counts, or general usage patterns.
- Personal Identifiers: We do not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, device identifiers, or any other personally identifiable information (PII) from the application during normal operation.
2. Internal Data Processing & Geolocation
Enrich Pro processes certain data internally on your device, which is never shared with us.
Geolocation Tagging
- Processing: The application includes a feature for geolocation tagging, which uses an IP address lookup service that runs entirely client-side (on your computer).
- Non-Transmission: This IP address and resulting geolocation data (city, country) are used *only* to tag the scraped data locally for your convenience. This information is not transmitted to us (the developer) or to any external third-party service.
3. Voluntary Data Submission Exceptions
The only circumstances under which we receive any data are explicitly initiated by the user for support purposes:
A. Purchase & Trial Requests
- Enrich Pro licenses and trials are arranged directly with the developer via the contact details on this site — there is no automated third-party checkout.
- When you request a trial or license, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide (typically your name and email address) to issue your license and provide support.
- If a payment processor is used for a specific transaction, that processor's own privacy policy governs how they handle your financial information; we do not store payment card details ourselves.
B. Technical Support & Error Reports
- If an application error occurs, you will be given the voluntary option to send an error report.
- The maximum information collected in this scenario is the technical error message (e.g., error code, stack trace, and timestamp).
- These reports are stripped of all personal identifying information (PII) and are used strictly to diagnose and fix bugs in future updates.
